The South Cypress Creek study area covers much of Southwest Memphis to the west of the Whitehaven neighborhood. It roughly consists of areas south of a diagonal line drawn between the intersections of Peebles Road/Weaver Road and Elvis Presley/Finley Road, and areas north of a diagonal line between the intersections of Weaver Road/Raines Road and East Holmes Road/Tulane Road (click here for an interactive map)
