Memphis/Shelby County Stormwater Management Manual (SWMM)

The City of Memphis developed its first drainage manual in 1987, with a revision in 1990. The current version was developed in conjunction with Shelby County and was released in 2006.

Proposed Stormwater Management Manual Update

The City of Memphis and Shelby County (with the assistance of Christian Brothers University’s Surface Water Institute) are currently in the process of developing a revised stormwater management manual.
