The Traffic Signal Maintenance service center is responsible for the safety of pedestrians, motorists and goods movement by maintaining existing traffic signals and installing new signals at intersections throughout the City of Memphis.

To report issues with a traffic signal within the City of Memphis such as a light bulb out or malfunctioning traffic signal, call (901) 528-2844 or call 311. To report a dangerous situation, such as downed lines/signal poles, call 911 before signal maintenance.
